My Final Thoughts - Venonat

It all came down to a tiebreaker challenge. That's where my game fell apart. Up until then I played a pretty strong game, strong enough to make many see me as a threat in the game. And then THAT challenge came up.

Truth be told, I submitted to Blue the very first score I received, knowing I would not be walking out of the challenge. I played that game for at least 3 more hours that night, and not once did I get anywhere close to my measly 10,000 points. I blame my short stubby arms. >_<

There's the truth behind it. I'm currently waiting for the end of the season to see if I get into All Stars (though with that one last tiebreaker challenge, I'm starting to doubt it.)

I think my fatal downfall was not accounting for Ditto's vote in the TC where Dragonair was voted out. If i had convinced Ditto to vote for Abra. If I had begged, borrowed, stolen, ANYTHING to get Ditto to vote alongside us, then I'm positive we would have gotten Abra eliminated.

Or alternatively, I should have talked to Ditto and "Convinced" him to vote for Dragonair, and had Rhyhorn use his Soul Badge then... but I never would have thought of this during that night. Nah, That wouldn't have worked. I don't have the foresight for that kind of level-headed prediction. Either way, my major downfall was not being able to out-predict Abra that night.

By the way, did I ever mention that I felt all kinds of cut up that night when I decided to betray Abra? About how I legitimately felt bad about abusing his non-existant trust in me? Nope? well, it's true.

Hell, even right about now, I still have a hard time believing Abra went and voted for Dragonair over Ekans. I was seriously so close to changing my vote to Ekans in an attempt to solidify an alliance with him.

Good thing I didn't. It wouldn't have ended nicely.

Well, this has been venonat with a non-sequitur of a confessional post. Expect more by the end of the game.
