It's really weird. When I followed the link Dragonair posted, I got to it. But when I click on the Tribal Council board it says: "Sorry, but you do not have permission to access this area."

It's like i have access to the "Tribal Council 1 - Blastoise" sub-board, but I don't have access to the Tribal Council board.
